House Stuff
We’ve got all of our color choices made, but not officially yet. Hopefully, groundbreaking will start sometime around July 1. If that does happen, we should be in the house around October 15, which would make me very happy. I’m hoping that we can be in before my birthday. What an awesome birthday gift.
The process of buying a house has been exciting, but also very frustrating at times. It’s amazing how you can go from being so down in the dumps one day, because something went wrong, to being incredibly nervous waiting for the bank to get back to you on pre-approval status, even though the loan officer has assured you numerous times that there will be no problems, to being elated when it all works out. It’s definitely a roller coaster of emotion. The crazy thing is, we’ve only pretty much ridden 1/4 of the ride.
The rest is yet to come.
